Payment Delivery Return Policy

( International ) : Pay pal
( National)        : Pay pal, Cheques, Demand Drafts

• Delivery would be only after Cleared Payment.
• Delivery would be done by Standard National / International Courier.
• Normal dispatch would be within 48Hrs After Confirmation of order & Payment Clearance.
• For Express Dispatch we should be informed at the time of confirmation.

We hope You will be extremely content with any creation bought on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we would want to make it very easy.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or there are any discrepancies.

You may return any unused merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch.
Please note that you would be responsible to take care of the products and guarantee their return to us safely & in a saleable condition. Once we receive the returned items we will refund the cost of the product to you.

Postage & packaging being direct costs can be refunded only in case of returns required as a result of our error.

In all other situations, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.

Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.

Again, to summarize: the refunds /exchanges will only be made if the following Return Guidelines are followed.

1. Within 24Hrs of receiving the item we should be informed, via email, your decision to return.
2. All the original packaging should be maintained while returning the item, including cartons / boxes & must not have been used, cleaned or laundered.
3. All returns must be boxed & packed securely for shipping.
4. Each box must be accompanied with a Return Code (RC) number issued to you on receiving your email.
5. Please write the RC number given to you by us on two sides of the carton / packaging being returned. All returns that do not have RC numbers will not be accepted.
6. Exchanges / Refunds are within 14 days from the day the customer received the original item.
7. The shipping cost for sending the product back will be borne by the Buyer. Shipping charges are not refundable.

9. We may not take any returns that do not qualify under this Return Policy.
10. The returns might only be accepted at our discretion & a restocking fee may apply.
